headlight bezel question

headlight bezel question
....what do you guys think should i leave the headlight bezels silver? i was planning on painting the whole grille flat black (save for the center section)

Are you going to keep the bumper trim strips, window trim and door handles silver? If so, I think they should stay silver.
If you're blacking other things out you'll have to see as you go - it might make the front of the car look a little 'black-eyed' though, like it got punched in the face by a jealous Citroen or something....

If you have the aluminum bezels (like the car above), I think those look gross painted black (I've seen it on at least one car). If you have the plastic bezels with the stainless steel trim, those can look OK black, especially on a light colored car.
The kind of dirty that doesn't wash off

stainless steel on a black car (black interior)...sucks because i scuffed them to clean them thinking i was painting them anyway i guess i'll have to see how good they turn out after a few hours of polishing
