Looking good! The stumble may be a stuck Control Pressure Regulator, or it may just be clogged. Remove the lines and spray the ports out w/ some cleaner, maybe rap on it a few times to try to unstick it.
High control pressures will prevent the fuel distributor from operating correctly and will cause a lean condition, especially when cold.

Ok i pulled thr regulator and cleaned it. the stumble is still there.
I'm going to send the injectors off again to be cleaned since I just snaked the lines.

This build has turned into an F prep build since I won't have any competition in stock and DSP would not end well.
This is where I'm heading component wise...
Suspension:
Springs tru coil 5.5" front springs 550# rear 650#
Shocks Bilstein revalved by previous owner and stiff
Saab performance group adjustable 99 series rear bar 1 1/4"
(Held as option) saab performance group front bar 18mm
Engine:
Stock engine (for now)
12# waste gate spring
SPG turbo bypass valve
Water/meth injection
Exhaust:
2.5" turbo back
Quiet as possible with minimal restriction
Tires/wheels:
Street.. Stock incas with 205/60/15 tires (I don't have any way to tow this car so it will drive to events.
Track.. 15x7 prime 8 spoke with Hoosier a6s 225/45/15 size
Both will sit on 1" spacers mounted with moroso extended studs.

I think those street tires are too wide and too tall for that wheel. Plus, I think that is a hard size to find a performance tire in. My vote would be for some 195/50/15 if you are going to run events on them.

The street tires are the exact same diameter as the OEM 175/70/15, I will only use them for transporting the car to and from events.

Meh, I'd still go 195/60/15 on a 5.5" rim then. 205 is stretching it and for what gain? They usually end up bulging , which ruins the contact patch anyway. Diameter difference is so small, it's probably 1 mph at 60.

I too plan to run spacers, not so much to widen the track, but to fit wheels with deeper backspacing.
Make sure your spacers have a provision on them for wheel centering. I have run them without and you would think it wanted to shake apart.
You will probably want to have them custom made to your application. I plan to make them in 3 pieces, two about a 1/2 inch thick and the 3rd 1/4 inch. If you only use the 1/2 inch spacer there is still enough flange to center the wheel. But if you go a full inch the top spacer in the stack needs the hub centering flange. With the 3 spacers you can space it in 1/4 inch increments. Ill post pics when I get to that stage of the project.
Also, There were some rule changes last year in the Prepared/Production classes. I am waiting for the 2013 SCCA rulebook to be published. I am hoping I don't have to go back and undo some of the stuff on my F Prepared build.
You should probably stay in DSP. If you think your gonna get your ass handed to you in Street Prepared, you might not like Prepared. Its essentially the same class with full race prep,... Ie, gutted interiors and severe weight reduction. Unless you plan to not drive it on the street anymore...
I ran an autox with my tan 86 8v na car a few years back, I missed FTD by a few hundredths of a second against a nationally competetive nissan sentra that I think was a Street Prepared car, and a DSP Bmw M3.

My car is only for racing I have an Audi for daily street use.
I too am using spacers to make wheels with more back spacing fit.

There are actually 2 different FP classes. One is a SOLO class and the other is a Road Race class. You have to choose one or the other, and prepare to those rules. You cannot pick and choose rules from both. There are also 2 levels of prep, Full, and Limited. I plan to set mine up to Solo Full Prep rules.
It looks like they equalize the performance by using weight penalties. There are formulas to determine if you need to run ballast to compensate for modifications.
I am running 205 50 15 Kumho XS on 5.5 Shelbys for my SMF car. On the FP car I am running 225 45 15 A6s on 15 x 8.25 rims. I really liked the Kumho XS in the rain. The Autox I nearly FTD'd was in the rain, with standing puddles on the course. I also ran them at the Duryea Hillclimb in a downpour. Of course now that I had them shaved to remove the flat spot, I doubt they will be as good in wet.

The nice thing about autocross is you can up class so even built to sp rules I can run prep.

Between Rx, Ax, Road Racing, and Hillclimb classes, there are too many. Simplify it enough so that crossing over from one to the other is easy. Then you throw in year to year rule changes...

I'm hoping this well experienced Saab can be a reliable friend for racing. Right now the only thing it does reliably is idle but that in my estimation is an accomplishment.
