Well , I made a deal and hauled the derelict SAAB home. All the brakes and wheel cylinders were done along with new linings. The motor was all oiled up with marvem mystery oil and was free. Hauled it home on the 21st and had it running on the 22nd. Had to jury rig a few things but was able to drive it up and down my gravel township road before Christmas. waht a hoot!
I have not owned a running 2 stroke in 25-30 years. The car is going to need a lot of work , but has potential. I am not sure how to post any photos?
Any assistance ?

I'll have to stop by and see it, and maybe give you a crash course in loading photos on the forum.
I found that master link that didn't make it back with the other tools.

Yes Jason, any technical assistance with the computer is welcome , as are you any time. This time of year is good for garage tours and bench racing.
I've been correcting all the non working electrics and other stuff that had stopped working on the 2 -stroke. The car came from Texas and was brought to PA. over 10 years ago. the car had an aftermarket A/C on it at one point. That is hard to believe, as I have never seen A/C on a 2-stroke. I am running the fuel system on a gallon plastic bottle. That limits touring at this point.
How goes the Race car project? the last pictures looked promising.
