Some suggestions:
Looking at you AMP junior timers, you should add a boot for sealing and strain relief.
At the big ECU connector, wrap self vulcanizing silicone tape around the bundle and zip tie the works to the connector's "neck". Strain relief to reduce the chance of pin push/pull out.
Keep up the effort as it will pay off in the end.
