MAYBE,IF YOU ARE READING ABOUT THE K900 8V K-JETRONIC UNLOVED PROJECT ,YOU WILL HAVE SEEN THIS? SO APOLOGIES IF THESE 'THREADS' OVERLAP A LITTLE?

BUT, THOUGHT I WOULD 'ASK' THE QUESTION?

THIS IS TO BE A 'FORERUNNER' ENGINE BUILD TO THE 'DEVILS PLAYGROUND' ENGINE... 'PURELY' TO SEE WHAT HAPPEN'S WHEN YOU BOLT TOGETHER,ALL THE 'BEST BITS' FROM THE SAAB PARTS BIN....AND THE K900 IS THE IDEAL GUINEA PIG' TO DO IT...

A GOOD WHILE BACK,I CONSIDERED FITTING 99 TURBO 7.2 TO 1 PISTONS& RODS INTO A B202 BLOCK,WITH THE 2.3 B234 LONG BLOCK HEAD(SAME PART NO. AS B212) USING THE B212 INTAKE MANIFOLD,THROTTLE BODY...........THIS WILL BE KNOWN AS THE 'MONSTROSITY'...RUNNING 1 BAR BOOST INITIALLY...

AT THE MOMENT,I AM STILL CONSIDERING UTILISING THE K-JETRONIC FUEL SYSTEM,ALBEIT UPRATING TO THE 0438 100 027 FUEL METERING UNIT FROM PORSCHE 928/MERC V8(WORKS 99 TURBO)AND DOUBLING UP,FROM THE METERING UNIT......AND WELDING IN THE INJECTOR BOSSES,FROM A B201 INTAKE MANIFOLD,INTO THE B212 ONE.


SO 'WHY' THE 7.2 TO 1 PISTONS?

THE REASON FOR K-JET IS TO KEEPS THE 'MONSTROSITY' SIMPLE AND RELIABLE.....

T5 TRIONIC WILL BE GOING ON THE 'DEVILS PLAYGROUND' MOTOR....SO THATS ANOTHER ISSUE!
