I'm using the stock pedal modified for a 6:1 ratio. 3/4" master bore front/rear.

The one I'm looking at is 6.25:1. So with no power booster, you need to make the ratio larger, hence your need to mod the oem stuff.
In your opinion is 6:1 dead on? Would 6.25 be too much?

I think you will be fine with either the 6:1 or the 6.25:1.....The bigger the ratio the more travel the pedal will go for the same amount of work on the pistons. Go to a bigger ratio in the pedal and you can play around with the bore sizes. You can also play with the bore sizes to get the right balance front to rear....and then you can fine tune with a balance bar.
