Those are some old panasport 15x7 "pro-rally" wheels I picked up on ebay sometime ago. The seller didnt know anything about them other than they were 114.3x4 bolt pattern and 35 offset. I figured I'd take the chance and see if they worked. They ended up being about $300 shipped and they fit really perfect, even the centerbore was correct. I wonder what they came off of.
