Ok, so I am uploading the big in car video to Google so that it will be on a faster server and easier to link to for the future.
I recorded several stage times but not all. For the first couple of tarmac stages I was actually navigating and we kept catching up to the safety car who had stopped for one reason or another. The second times through I was videoing. So here are the stage times I did record:
Tarmac
Stage 10 (Tusten 1) 3:30 (distance = 3.13) avg speed = 53.657 mph
Stage 11 (Mathias Weiden West 2) 4:30 (distance = 4.04) avg speed = 53.86 mph
Stage 12 (Tusten 2) 3:22 (Distance = 3.13) avg speed = 56.34 mph
Gravel:
Stage 13 (Cochecton Turnpike East 1) 8:02 (Distance = 5.88) avg speed = 44.1 mph
Stage 14 (Mortimer Schiff 1) 3:55 (Distance = 2.55...i think..can someone confirm the distance on this one?) avg speed = 39 mph
Stage 15 (Cochecton Turnpike 2) 8:00 (Distance 5.88) avg speed = 44.1 mph
Stage 16 (Mortimer Schiff 2) 3:35 (Distance = 2.55) avg speed = 42.5 mph
Stage 17 8:05 (distance = 5.89) avg speed = 43.63 mph
Stage 19 8:20
And we finished...so had we been rallying we would have been 12 - 14 competitors.

They don't seem to do it as much anymore but they used to post average speeds in with stage times. One year in Maine there was a washout in one of the stages so they started us a few miles into the stage (which was a really twisty rough stage). They used the stage times we set but the original distance of the stage (not the shortened distance). That messed up the average speeds and I remember a few of the top cars had average speeds listed at over 110mph where it was probably more like 65.
