Jason and Kip have both got hold of me that their sets of adjustable cam sprockets have a contact issue. The chain link plates sit too close (and may touch) the outer diameter of the aluminum hubs.
If you bought a set of sprockets from me and this is the case I will gladly pay shipping both ways and machine down the outer diameter of the hub to add more clearance for the chain so it doesn't contact the hub.
Just send me an email at drewpprice (at) gmail and I will tell you where to ship them back to me. I will include reimbursement for your shipping cost in the package when I send the sprockets back.
Please remember to get insurance and tracking info so you can get reimbursed if they are lost in the mail.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused anyone. If you haven't mounted them yet and have a chain lying around that you can check against, please do so and let me know if there is a clearance issue or not.

Oops :) Good on you for offering. I had similar (worse!) when Kent Cams did my B engine sprockets - the inner and out pieces didn't actually fit together fortunately it was an easy spot so got it modified before I sent any out.

Re: Problems with Adjustable Cam Sprockets
Mine will be headed back your way shortly. I can finish my mockup with the original sprockets, so no need to rush getting them back to me.

That's the not fun part of making custom parts
You have any more of these left?
Now that the 16V is gone i'm feeling the void of adjustable cams in my life....

I think David has parts to make 2 or 3 more sets, but the hubs need another couple operations, they're like 80% there, I'll ask when I see him.

Re: Problems with Adjustable Cam Sprockets
I have sprockets now from everyone who got hold of me, I will machine them over the weekend and aim to have everyone's back in the mail on Monday. I'll send you all tracking numbers individually when they post.
Thanks again for everyone's patience! You guys rock.
