sorry guys dumb question..starting to have brain meltdown (between the 100 degree plus days and the long days working) it's been a while and just want to make sure i have it right...headlights, the 3 prong is on the outside correct?

I am guessing you are referring to a 99 with 4 round headlights...if so the 3 wire 3 prong plug goes to the outside light which has both high and low beam.
