10-4 about 99 radiators, Mezzanine.
I got all the parts in over the weekend. Man, is the aluminum radiator lighter than the brass one! The brass one weighs more by itself than the new AL one does with the fans attached.
I did new Genuine coolant expansion tank, 82*C thermostat, the Nissens radiator, verified that both cooling fans run when the radiator mounted thermo switch closes (they do, I didn't modify anything, it's just wired that way), and fresh distilled water and Pentofrost SF coolant. Bombing up the highway for a while I couldn't even get it to touch 1/2 way up the gauge with around 90*F ambient temp. The real test will be taking it up one of the canyons here with long sustained boost on throttle, but won't have a chance to do that for a few weeks, unless I go after work on a weekday.
