^right. I know of a few other people who have put a turbo on the 2.1 n/a motor. But like I said above, it's a high compression motor and you can't run much boost. Hell iirc even Jeff Prop was running super low compression in his blue Airflow car, something like 7.5 or 8.0:1? But that enabled him to up the boost big time. Actually here, found it, "he has a stock block bored .0020 over and is running B-Series pistons out of a 99 Turbo. This drops his comp ratio to 7.25 to 1 This lets Jeff run gobs of boost without worrying about detonating."
I'd be happy the find a compromise between off boost performance and a nice punch of 18-20PSI when I need it.
