Okay, so I'm female and like SAAB's go figure. Mind you, I like a good set of strappy sandal's just about as much though they don't take you thru the corners as fast. LOL

yeah, me to. Turns out the 4speed takes 8mm crown wheel bolts and the 5 speed 10mm bolts.
i'm going to ask Tom to put both on the ring gear mounting surface.
Anybody know if its just the bolt size or bolt size and spacing.
This is pretty important. Figures there would be a last minute glitch.

I'll be putting mine in a 5spd but thats not to say that I won't put it in a 4spd some other time. Putting two sets of mounting holes on the diff is a good idea!
I'm 99% sure its just the bolt size and the spacing remains the same. Maybe Luke can chime in and confirm that (he sort of did in a previous post about how the diff he has came with 8mm bolt holes and he had to chase them out to 10mm to fit the 5spd ring gear). Otherwise if we need I can pull the diff out of the 4spd I have in my garage and swap ring gears between that and a 5spd diff.

Hi Everyone,
Just joined the forum, so hopefully i can contribute something of some use in the future. I may have already done so before i joined, those Jenvey throttle bodies on the Misab manifold in one of the other threads are mine!
For a Gripper at possibly less than £420, how can you refuse, quite a few of my friends over here in England use these in their rally cars, you can add my name to the list. Mine will be going into a 4 speed box with some of Jorgens bit and bobs. I think a good solution to the diff bolt problem would be to make the holes to the largest size, 5-speed and supply spacers for the 4-speed, that way you will have greater flexibility.

60.00 USD This is a replacement clutch kit for the replacement for worn out clutch packs after high mileage, hard used. etc.
From what I understand and depending on driving habits these will need to be replace in a couple of years. Or when slippage becomes to great.
The LSD comes all ready to be setup in the SAAB trans, less shimming and clutch pack pre load.
