driveability issues

I drilled the rivets out of my original to take a look for anything corroded or broken solder but really nothing to see in there...both of the ones I have in my possession read the same way it's the 2 inboard pins 8 & 10 should read 350 ohms mine both read open even tried a reading with vacuum applied and still nothing
