driveability issues
Re: driveability issues
Drew kindly scanned this at one point:

For what its worth, i left points behind and run a crane cams electronic ignition, which i have been super happy with.
I hate to throw out guesses, but are you comfortable the throttle control switch is good? Seems like i've had odd issues when one of those goes bad.
Good luck.

I wish my car had winter mood technology.

I think you found your problem. That is the MPC. For sure the Achilles heel of the system. The 2-wire on the intake is the IAT sensor.
Use the manual and check your resistances. I don't think the distributor is your problem.

next question anyone know where I can find one or have one they could part with?

What part are you looking for? I had a '74 with D jet. Totaled out but I kept some of the parts. Post a pix and I can look in the D jet box to see.

Might be in luck I think I saved that. The car was rear ended so the fuel injection was working at the time. We even fired it up and drug it ass down the road to put it in public street park.
I'll look tonight.

Re: driveability issues
so I got a new (used) pressure sensor and I'm getting the same readings... 2 outboard 7/15 read good at 90 ohms but the 2 inboard 8/10 read open ... does anyone else have one that they could test just to see if there is something wrong? I've looked at the downloads and it says I should be about 350 ohms

Re: driveability issues
I'll see if I can find mine and get back to you.
I think I took mine apart, you have to grind the end of the pins holding it together down, but I think the innards were pretty simple.
