9000 has a knee-shattering key. :P

It's been a while since we had a '99 9-3 but I seem to remember there being some relays under the knee bolster panel under the steering column. So maybe some wiring is rubbing/caught on the column?
The kind of dirty that doesn't wash off :eyebrows:
