I know it's not a SAAB but you may enjoy it any way. The car was originally built by Aussie ledgend Colin Bond .http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7xwpsP-nOw

Did that car ever travel in a straight line or was it always at least a bit sideways? Sounds nice tho.

always sideways. i don't know if you picked it but the driver was none other than Malcolm Wilson and he was magic to watch although only briefly. I was also lucky enough to see Stig B in his 99. now that was truly amazing as i had never seen a frontie driven like that and it blew our minds. with the WRC comming to my door in 08 i can't wait to see more of this calibre of driving again.

I know nothing of rally history but that guy could drive for sure.
I wish I could get WRC rallies on TV, forget about seeing one in person.
Speed Channel used to have WRC for 3 days each week but now it's the NASCAR channel and doesn't have any WRC. I have to resort to torrents on the web to see WRC action.

Matt, the guy is now the boss of the Ford world rally team. He was a very handy pedaler in his youth. Save your dollars and come to OZ in 08.

you can download all the WRC rallies off of Eurosport using a bit torrent program. I have all of the Dakar rally programs from this year...I use Azureus...its free and works well if you have something better then a dial up connection. The eurosport dakar highlights are 40 minutes long without any commercials vs the USA highlights on VERSUS which are 20 minutes long without any commercials.
I am the 73%
