Neat, its on the first page of the Y2K events.
That picture always cracks me up because the car looks like its slammed and riding on rubber band tires.

The Comic Ozzie Photography site is my little (?) brother. Ask me sometime about how Comic Ozzie came to be. The first "official" rally for the Comic Ozzie Rally Team was the 1976 St. Paul Winter Carnival Rally, Jim Putnam and myself in a Toyota Corolla. Putnam and I had been running together for some time, but that was the first event where we had a team name.
