Postby Luke » Sat Dec 16, 2006 11:41 pm

I finally got around to mounting up the rally flares. Finally it looks like a proper saab rally car.

I got them from RPGlasfiber in sweden. They have a lot of fiberglass parts for old saabs, hoods, hatches spoilers etc. The prices are cheap even with the weak $ but the shipping isnt. I was planning on making molds of them but its too cold here now for fiberglass work and I was itching to get them mounted. The only problem with dealing with RPGlasfiber is Anders english is not that great and it took a long time for him to send them. Also they come rough trimmed and require a lot of finishing work to fit correctly. If I order more I'll probably try to get some other people to order at the same time that way we can save shipping costs.

I bet you could get a group buy going for those, along with some other things if they have a wide variety of items.
