Luke, whats the deal with the alternator mounting in that car? Never noticed that before, looks pretty odd.

It was moved to the opposite side because of the carbs... it uses a really really long belt. I think it's where the AC would be on a 99, but I'm not sure.

Luke would probably be interested in a 16 valve head for a B engine. I'd like one but I'd probably never get around to using it.

I looked around on some of the US classified ads for antique cars. I found a bunch of Porsche 356 but some are replicas.

Most of the cars aren't near me though. Many of these cars are sold through their owners.
The kind of dirty that doesn't wash off :eyebrows:

Hi Ã…ke,

Unfortunately, the image has to exist on the internet somewhere in order to post it on the forum. We would be glad to host it for you , just send any images in an email to <jordan @saabrally.com> (no spaces).

I think he is still running/owns the SAAB shop west of Kennebunk Maine but I forgot the name of the place and the tel. number. That's what happens when you drop a cell phone in the water.

Not too long ago a friend of his who lives in Vermont stopped by to see about the '71 that Jordan now has..... too late. He had heard through the grapevive there was a clean shell up for grabs and sent his pal around to investigate. I guess Sandy was thinking about putting together another 99 but for what I don't know.
